Abbey Gate College yesterday hosted a seven-team round robin tournament in glorious Autumnal weather.

The College squad of 12 boys all played their part in an unbeaten run of 6 matches against other North ISA schools (Beech House School, Bridgewater School, Crassly School, Hull Collegiate, Scarisbrick Hall School and Tower College).

The AGC team played well with narrow victories throughout with only one hail conceded, a brilliant display throughout the unbeaten run.

The final result still required a goal from the College squad with only 4 tense minutes left in the final game to secure the U16 trophy.
